    Replacing a Cube's motherboard

I'm looking to buy a cheap broken US cube off Ebay and replace my PAL motherboard with the NTSC one, but I don't really know how to go about it. I've heard that's it's really easy. Can anyone give any tips or a link to a guide? Also, I want to region mod it but without the switch. How do you do that mod where it switches to it's non-normal region by holding down the power button for a bit?

Replacing the motherboard is a fairly simple task to do assuming you have a gamebit. Its just a case of removing the dvd drive and then unscrewing and removing the board (after removing the heatsink). Not too sure about the power button region mod though, maybe Saurian knows.
