Chipped Xbox: Morrowind Tribunal?

'Lo all,

I've heard whispered reports that a chipped Xbox can install and run the expansion to Morrowind - is this true? If so, does it run from the Xbox Morrowind disc, or is the PC version needed? More importantly, does it take alot of messing about to get working, and does it run without any major problems?

May be the last straw in convincing me my Xbox needs to take a trip to Dr Saurian

I've also heard rumors of this. Some geezer claimed he actually played the add-on on his Xbox, and had been doing so for some time. So it may be possible.

Apparently, mods are also do-able. Anyone confirm any of this?

I heard this was possible as well. If memory serves, its a case of copying the XBox Mirrorwind to the hard drive, and then installing the mod files in the right directory.

If you've got a chipped XBox and Mirrorwind, you could at least try without spending any cash to do the same with a freely downloadable mod, and see how far you get.
