getting out worn screw on ibook

Seems the most appropriate place to post this but if not please move.

So I am trying to add some extra ram to my ibook, I get 3 of the screws out but the last one wouldn't budge. After a number of trys the screw is now worn down. Any ideas on what is a safe way to get it out without damaging the ibook?

No clue, I'd try visiting your local Apple Store or anything remotely similar.

yeah I was gonna suggest drilling it out (use a hand drill with the drill bit same size as screw thread) drill into the screw a few mm so it can grip then do it in reverse and it hopefully will undo the screw rather than withdraw the drill bit (in theory)
