    PSP and DS wireless signals?

    This might be a totally clueless question (well, it is), but upon their north American (not such with the DS) and PAL launches, will both these handhelds be operatable (that a word?) on the same wireless signals as their Japanese counterparts?

    ie. Will i be able to do Pictochat with my friend on his UK DS whilst i'm using my US DS?
