Windows XP Help!!!!!!!!!(Save Target As)

Hi,
I've just swapped over from my now dead Millenium PC to my lovely new XP one.When using Millenium I used to be able to right click on certain stuff to 'save target as' on the net such as sound or movie clips. Now this option is pernamently 'greyed out' or unselectable whenever wherever i use it with XP.
Help!!!

turn content advisor off in internet options...
