They only ship if you pay via Paypal. I read it here:

They say "All international orders should be placed using PayPal (with a verified international account) an international money order or wire transfer."

I think I used this place ages ago, was ok from what I remember.

I ordered something using standard economy mail and it never turned up - however this was around the time of 9/11

I emailed them and they sent out the items again which arrived safe and sound

Was at least 2 years ago mind you!
