does anyone know if this game is out yet for any region ? if so how does it play ? it looks really cool and i want to know what its like .... also , will it get a UK release do u think ?

It's out in the US now for a bargain $30. Not sure of other region release dates.
The game plays very similar to Metal Slug and I've found it very hard. Quite cool and certainly worth the money IMO, though I've found using a Hori pad necessary as the standard pads D-Pad isn't great. -
I'm reviewing it at the moment. My summary impressions are:
Excellent humour from the off
Very individual visual style - worth the purchase price alone
Useless 2 player (far too much going on)
Messy explosion effects can mask bullets making the game unfairly hard in places (I listen for the bullet noises a lot to make sure I know what's going on.
Varied level types - it's not all metal slug-a-like, so this breaks the action up nicely.
Boss battles are varied - some interesting - some a bit dull.
Controls are over complicated.
The first level seems easy but then ramps up straight to really hard after that.
The PDA mini games that come with it are great 4 player after a few drinks - you will laugh yourself stupid.
Price doesn't affect the score a game receives, but at ?17 new, this really is good value.
The hori D-pad is certainly more comfortable on the thumb, but I can play with the standard controller D-pad just as well, so don't be put off if you don't have one.Comment

Dear Lord they've got some weird games on their plate. Oooh - including Greg Hastings Tournament Paintball, which my US mates keep telling me is surprisingly good fun in multiplayer.Comment
