Videogamesplus help required !!

i am thinking of making an order with videogamesplus , just wanted a few questions answering first

- what is their service like ?
- how long do items take to ship from there ?
- the item i want to order from there says 'backorder' , what does that mean ?
- if i order from there will i have to pay customs ?
- what credit/debit cards do they accept ?

2 - 4-5 days usually
3 - They are out of stock but have ordered from their supplier
4 - No
5 - Visa, mastercard, Paypal

Just finished dealing with them over an US Xbox bundle, and have been in email correspondence with someone called Sidney, and I have to say their customer service is absolutely phenomenal. Very quick and friendly replies, you couldnt ask for better service IMO.

Number 4 - Generally no, but don't always bank on it. Not been done myself, but my brother got stung for MGS3 (maybe by a random Customs check, because the parcel is usually marked as around $20.

Can't fault VG+ though, I order all my US stuff from them now.

Indeed, VG+ is really the best site that I know off. They repy fast to emails (important!), are very friendly and they somehow manage to get me my things usually within 4 workdays, which is amazing considering it has to come from Canada to Holland and only costs about 3 euro's.
