As far as I know it would only be the addition of french text on the Canadian game box.

Canadian version has French text on the box. Possibly a bilingual instruction manual. American packaging is entirely English. As for the game itself. Both are identical.

you get two seperate manuals, English and French. I haven't noticed any French writing on the box either. Maybe i didn't look hard enough.
