Quick tronix question

I have ordered from them a lot in the past with excellent results. However, I oredered Resident Evil 4 from them a few days back (which they said they had in stock and would ship that day) but they haven't sent me an email at all, not even one to confirm my order.

This normal?

No. I always get a confirmation email within minutes of ordering, this is an auto reply too. You certain you gave them the correct email?

Hmmmm pretty sure. If I haven't, what can I do about it? I don't have my order no. as I copied the confirmation page but the saved file has become corrupt.

I'd order again but put a message in the comments box asking to cancel if this is a duplicate of a previous order

Have you been billed yet? If it's in stock they'd send straight away, and you only get billed when they ship.

I'd contact them and I presume they can help by just knowing your name and address. It would obviously be easier to know your order number but it's not essential.

They only seem to work Monday-Friday so you'll have to wait a few days, but I've found they usually reply within the hour if you email no later than 2PM NYC time (approx 7PM our time.)

Times like this though I wish they had a proper account set up that stored all your orders, address etc like every other online retailer.
