So I ordered from Video Games Plus....

I ordered a gba sp along with two games and a link cable on thursday. Today I went to royal mail (having missed the delivery on monday, and being busy tuesday) and picked up the parcel, and was surprised to see that it was quite light and small. When I got home, I found only the two games and the link cable. The gba sp wasn't there, which isn't really surprising considering how small the package was. What my question is... what the hell could have happened to it? Could they have sent two parcels, and one simply hasn't gone through customs yet? Has this happened to anyone previously?

Quite possibly in order to get through customs unscathed.

I ordered 3 copies of Resi 4 - 2 of em' arrived separately.

Yes, this week. I ordered three budget price Cube games, they've sent them seperately. Check your invoice mate. On mine they have put a black line through the items not sent so you know what has been sent and what hasn't. I asked about this, they said the black lines indicate partial shipping.

Don't have any black lines. It says order shipped 20/01/05.

I meant paper invoice that came with the received items. On line they just say shipped on X.
If there's no lines on that then I'd be a little worried.

Best to email them, they reply within an hour more often than not. Remember they're in Canada so 3PM our time is the earliest time of response in fairness.

Yep, I ordered a PStwo and a couple of games and asked for them to be shipped together. For whatever reason they weren't, so I emailed them about it. They apologised and offered free shipping on my next two games, bless 'em.

The mailman came around 10:08 with a yellow envelope, inside which was the gba sp. So everything's cool...
