DS Screen Protectors - Safe For DS?

I just received some DS Screen Protectors from VG+, the Pelican brand, and I noticed something on the back, a pledge to replace any DSs that get damaged by the screen protectors through normal usage, and was just wondering how possible that actually is? Does anyone know of any DS screens being damaged somehow by the protectors?

Know this is mostly likely just me being paranoid, but I'd imagine it's quite arduous to get the DS replaced if its imported...

dunno why these screen protectors are a must have

GBA rarely had em and GC...

Long as u dont start using knifes and crooked twigs from backgardfen on the touch screen you dont need protectors...

Nintendo arent that dumb to make somrething break with the pallet

I don't know about the Pelican screen protectors, but I used an Intec that was absolute ****. It was scratched up to hell in a couple weeks. Luckily it came off cleanly. Though adhesive screen protectors could potentially damage the touch screen when removing them.

I have a NuShield on now, and it works perfectly. It doesn't use adhesive or static cling; instead it slips under the edges of the casing.Completely flat, no air bubbles, and is holding up so far.

I used some Hori ones and the screen stopped responding to the stylus. Total waste of money!

I couldn't even get the Hori ones on properly, so they hit the bin.

I had a few bubbles in mine that i managed to smooth out. Not the best of protectors. Still, at least they came with a nice cleaning cloth which I now use on my PSP
