how to play PAL PS2 games on NTSC console

hello, I wanted to play Alone in the Dark PS2, Gregory Horror Show and Metal Slug 3 on my PS2, but I remember for Resident Evil Survivor 2, I had to burn a DVD copy with a patch to make it run on NTSC PS2.

So what do I do? Thanks
Is there an universal patch? Thanks

Well, that isn't going to work for starters. You can't just burn a copy with a 'magic patch' and expect it to work. From the sound of it, if it's worked for you before, you've already got a modchip (albeit a basic sounding one) installed.

Which chip is it?
