    Internet Forums

I'm looking to set a forum up for a totally different subject to games etc.

I was wondering what the best way of doing this would be. I see there are a number of free forums you can use, but at the expense of pop-ups and adverts, which I don't really want.

Does anyone know of a good cheap solution for a forum. I'm not oppose to paying, but free is even better

    Any suggestions would be cool.

    Thanks.

You'd get a better response in the PC forum from the tech types.

phpBB is free and open source forum software that is easy to use, powerful, and highly customisable. Our community offers extensive support to end users.

I've just got your standard type webspace you get with any ISP.

This looks like you need a special server.

Easy to set up; with phpbb yeah, nice friendly interface to set up forum subject etc etc, don't need any html knowledge tbh.

I would guess not, but I dont know of any forums that run on standard ISP free webspace.
