I screwed my GameCube VGA Lead up (treading, folding, eating) anyone got a link as to where bits go on the socket, I need to re solder it.

Excellent, just 1 more question (Columbo style) err H Sync and V Sync, which is black or white?

It depends which wires the maker assigned it to - I always use white for V sync and black for H sync if it's one of mine. It's not a long ting to switch them back over if you get them wrong.
