Frontpage Experts - Help!

I've published a website for a small design project of mine. I'm including a contact 'form' for people to fill in. I've got everything set up as it should be but the form isn't working properly. When I submit the information it comes up with an error that says: "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page"

When I'm editing the form in Frontpage it comes up with an error message that says something like "This web is being created on disk based format or Frontpage Extensions are not installed". It then tells me I need to inform my administrator to install Frontpage Extension Resource Pack, and provides a URL (which when I go to, is invalid).

I've already got Frontpage Extensions installed, so I'm not sure what I need to do.

sounds like the Frontpage extensions aren't installed/switched on, on your webspace, FP is a pain with forms and submitting at the best of times (I could never get confirmation pages to work properly).

Obvious answer but have you got the webhosts to take a look, should take them seconds to tell you what's wrong.

The thing is as far as I can see Frontpage extensions are on, I can't see any other options for turning on extra extensions or anything.

I'll give the support guys a quick buzz and see if they can help. But at the moment I'm considering dropping the form altogether.

I would suggest not using Frontpage to be honest, use something like Dreamweaver or get dirty with notepad, Frontpage is just full of bloaty horrid code.
