Japanese GBA SP'S

Just got nice torche japanese SP today took it home and was thinking about the stepdown i have which is
INPUT 220-240V 50/60HZ
OUTPUT 110V 65W
just wondering if there would be any problems with this stepdown and my new GBA SP?? Thanks.

I imagine a normal Japanese step down would work fine. If u have an Japanese import system already.
