Counter Strike Source question

Im sure I am among many on this forum that play Counter Strike Source and wondered which non-original maps people are playing. When I say non-original I mean not the ones that come with Counter Strike Source, because I find alot of the time I join a game and have to download a new map which half the time turns out to be c**p or still in development kinda thing with missing textures or shody design. Some are quite good for a while such as the Lord of the Rings one - Helms Deep. I seem to remember Valve holding a CS:S map making contest, have they released the maps to the public yet?

Basically, could you guys reccommend the name of maps that are on the CS:S servers or a place to download ones through Internet Explorer?

to be brutaly honest there are almost no home made maps which are any fun, except for a few which are originaly cs levels which have been ported to source (by someone other than valve) these are generaly poor compared to their orginals and especialy to the official maps.
