Problems with Londonconsole.com

I recently paid ?45 for a GC RGB cable for my NTSC Cube. I was later contacted to say that they didn't have access to the parts and would refund me. They have failed to do so, despite two emails requesting that they go ahead. I've waited 2-3 weeks for either the cable or a refund, and neither has been forthcoming. I found London console through this forum, so I thought someone might be able to tell me why they aren't responding (I'm assuming from feedback found here, that these guys are reliable?)
