    Fed-Ex, shipment exception?

I had a 12 DVD Boxset shipped from the US on Monday, it arrived in the UK in the early hours of Wednesday, however since then it's tracking status has been updated repeatedly with "Shipment exception", does anyone have any idea what this could mean?

My only idea is that I asked for it to be marked as $30 and a gift and they feel it is worth more than that

go to FedEx tracking site and click on details to see the activity descritions...
usually that means the shipment is being held for custom clearance or that it attract the duty/tax and needed to be settled before releasing from custom...

call your local FedEx and find out...

p.s. FedEx/DHL/UPS are not the right methods to imports DVD/video games... If you have to insure w/ racking ask them to ship EMS...
