Ive got a IPAQ 6340 today, all is well except I cannot get it to sync with my email account. I am using outlook 2003, and have updated my Ipaq with all the latest software from HP, and connect via USB. It syncs favourites and I know its talking to my pc, but it fails whenever trying to connect to outlook. I think it could be a authentication issue, or perhaps I am meant to configure a email profile on the Ipaq - although I would of thought the unit would set up a profile based on its first sync?

looks like i need to have admin level rights to do this, when i elevated my user account it worked fine -
is that the one with the clip on keyboard?Comment

Yep, its the h6340 model. Extremely pleased with it so far, the unit is small and compact and easy to use, screen definition is good and its pretty much all I was after at this time. Ive a GPS unit coming and a 1GB SD card for it.
One thing, Ive phoned 5 people by mistake in the last day, as the screen is sensitive its easy to accidently press it, and as yet I cannot find out if/how theres a screenlock on the unit. The manual doesnt tell me anything either.. reasearching as I type this..Comment
