Finding out ram type

My sister wants to upgrade her ram, but she doesn't know what type she has or the make/name of her pc so I can't check on crucial.com . Anyone know a way to show what type of ram she has without me having to open up the pc? Cheers!

dowload a program called cpuz and that will tell you it
