Will jungle beat work with freeloader?

As in, will a PAL copy of Donkey Kong: Jungle Beat work on an american cube, through the use of a free loader?

Also, is Play.com the best place to buy a freeloader from? How quickly will it be delivered? And are they a good website?

it works fine with the freeloader built into action replay on a pana Q so it should be ok
