Zelda CD - Anyone know what it is?

My girlfriend has just bought a CD off ebay from the U.S. that is a cd single and has Zelda music on it.

However she has no idea what it is, or where it has come from. So she's asked me, to ask you lot, if anyone has any idea where it has come from.

it could well be a fake, like 90% of the game/ anime music cds on ebay are counterfeit.

But of course it could be something real

Could be, i havent had a look at it myself as of yet. Although im personally thinking (from photos) its some sort of promo item
