PS games that don't work on PS2

I think Gradius Deluxe Pack is one but does someone have a complete list of the games that are incompatible with a PS2? And does it make any difference if the PS2 is modded?

Gradius Deluxe pack does work, well at least Gradius does, but Gradius II plays at half speed, which is useless obviously. Continuing the Gradius theme one of the levels in Gradius Gaiden plays at half speed too.

They're the only ones i know, but i'm sure there are others.
