Wario ware DS - Saving game problem

Hi

Bought my DS with wario yesterday. Have played Wario three seperate occasions, but it never saves my progress. Each time I play the game I have to start from the beginning. I've had a look at the options, and there is no save facility, so I'm guessing it should auto save - however, it doesn't.

Has anyone else had similar problems? I've never had this happen with a cart before...does it mean my copy is faulty?

PS - It's the PAL console/game.

Sounds faulty to me, mine has always saved itself. Thankfully it's PAL so you shouldn't have any problems in taking it back

Thanks - have taken it back to be told that it's not the first to come back, and that there may not be any more for 6 weeks!
