Emails from VG+

Has anyone received any recently like today or yesterday? I contacted them via the site("contact us" link)l yesterday about an order I haven't received and I haven't had a reply yet. I sent another message today about 8 hours ago and haven't had a reply to that either. I want to get this thing sorted, as my item doesn't look like it's going to turn up so I'd like to order from somewhere else.

Usually they reply instantly, I've had replied 5 minutes after emailing them so that is quite odd, they must just be too busy right now to deal with emails and such.

Thats the only bad thing about VG+, you can't cancel an order yourself, you have to email them and ask.

Yeah that is odd, usually they're really quick in replying.

They might be busy at the moment, but they're defo. still there. They confirmed today that my copy of God of War has shipped - might be a hectic day for them.

I never get replies from them! I do however use a hotmail address for buying and selling purposes, wonder if it gets flagged as spam for some reason, bloody annoying it is!! all the spam filters are set to the minimum!

anyone else have this problem?

They're usually very fast and friendly in replying, especially that Sidney dude.

Thanks for the replies. I did get an email from them in the end but it's not exactly what I wanted to hear. Turns out I'm going to have to wait until April before they will consider sending me another copy of SMT: Nocturne. I only hope that the original one they sent me arrives soon. Doesn't bode well for my Yoshi DS game arriving any time soon

sidney has cancelled my order for teh gretsky psp, good stuff, i feel VG+ have been ok in this matter

They have been upfront about it.Its not as if they had any choice about it if Sony were screwing them by bundling the game in.

They could however offer a money off coupon to anyone who has to take the bundle as an act of good faith.

That would just be daft on their part though as they have to pay extra for the PSPs from Sony too, I doubt they're very happy at Sony either right now.
