slide card and silver ps2 compatibility?

i'm interested in buying the slide card/ swap magic combo, but the silver ps2 (model no. scph-50003) doesnt seem to have any screws for the cover/tray!

ive looked hard through google, and the only comments i found about it was someone who forced/broke the cover off the ps2, but got it to work.

are there any other solutions? or is there a hidden scew somewhere?

It actually just clips off. Put a small knife on the sides to pry the front off.

To be honest though, slide cards mess up your drive motor. If you really wanna go the swap route, your best bet is to pick up a silver flip top.
