PAL Gamcube to Projector

Ok peeps, need your help. A friend bought a pal cube and wants to connect it up to her projector, but not using composite. What's the best way to do this?

Any help greatley appreciated.

S video. Or RGB if the projector has an RGB Scart connector (mine doesn't).

Does the pal cube do s-video? I might go check (bought an s-video cable just for my pj ages ago but never tried it
