Why are these discs going for inflated prices on ebay?

I guess they're pretty rare and there's a lot of DC collectors these days - ?11.50 ain't that much though is it?

Well for just a disc it just seemed slightly silly. I've noticed a growing increase in these white lable promotions.

I've got a few myself that'll be getting put up pretty soon.
