Timesplitters 3 Gamecube?

I did a search and couldn't find anything on it, but does anyone know why there seems to be such an incredibly shortage of Timesplitters 3 on GC? The only place I've seen that physically has the game in stock is Toys R Us.

I asked in GAME and they told me they'd sold out, tho I do doubt that as there was no sign of it at all. GameStation same, no sign of the game, same went for HMV. Most of the stores had the new Tom Clancy game though Ghost Recon 2 is it? which came out at the same time I believe.

Anyone know (most likely some Game/GameStation employees will know) why there is no TimeSplitters 3 on cube in most stores?

Don't know but it bugged me on Saturday too.

Went into town with some leftover HMV vouchers from Christmas with the intention of getting TS3. They had the Xbox and PS2 versions in abundance but not a sign of it for GC. I presumed the release date was seperate for the GC version (which did happen with TS2 iirc).

However, I went in Game and whilst their were none on the shelves, they definately had the GC version in the glass display case behind the counter and Gamestation had them on the shelves.

I used my voucers on DMC3 in the end >.>

Release date for all three versions is supposedly this Friday. Maybe they broke it on PS2 and Xbox? Or maybe it was last Friday for both of them, and just this Friday for GC? Not sure.

its because all the big stores are arrogant cocks and don't hold a high enough stock level of cube games, so when something big comes out they don't have enough.

yeah it appears to be so, went to bradford the other day and it was in quite a few stores, GAME there acctually had Resi cubes too (Huddersfield one does not, but the Huddersfield GAME store is utter ****e and barely worth even venturing into) thanks for the replies, looks like I can pick it up when my loan goes in afterall, was worried it'd compeltely dry up within days.

i had the same prob with resi evil 4, ended up buying it off here second hand

everywhere i tried never had a single copy and couldnt get one for 2-3 weeks, i must have tried around 50-60 shops in and around leicester/midlands area.

i thourght ok must have been a big seller but what i found more shocking was about 20 or so of those shops mainly major shops such as comet (x2), currys, woolworths, virgin megastore etc didnt even stock a single gamecube game. with other shops like whsmith (x2), asda, etc stocking about 2 games namely metroid prime 2.

i know cube hasent got the following over here that the ps2 and xbox has but didnt think it was that bad

Everywhere in Derby that still stocks GC has Timesplitters 3 stock...
