    VG+ vs DVDboxoffice

I am going to import copy of Splinter Cell:CT and was wondering which of the two online retailers you guys recommend. I have heard good things about VG+ but DVDBO seems to offer a courier option which is a more secure way of shipping, in my opinion. What are the pros and cons? Cheers.

P.S sorry if this has already been answered before, or is in the wrong forum.

VG+ is the way to go, people have had problems with long waits etc from DVD boxoffice.

        VG+ vs DVDboxoffice?

In my experience that's equivalent to:

        Gandhi vs Stalin?

Well I have only ATTEMPTED to order of off DVD Box Office once, with failure. My mum wanted the Jurassic Park Trilogy, and so I ordered it. A couple of days later I asked why hasn't it shipped, and they told me it was on back-order, they get new shipments every day it will be in soon. So at least 1 and a half months went by until they told me that it had been discontinued and cancelled my order! Last time for me i'm afraid. On the other hand people buy of off them all the time and are supposedly excellent. Mabey just bad luck with me?!?

Videogamesplus on the other hand have got to be the internets best retailer. They have the quickest customer service available, their friendly, cheap, they DO use DHL courier if you ask them, and ALWAYS mark down your package. Tops! Never had a problem. Even in the PSP launch, for me went smooth (besides a fault on my side.) 10/10. The best.

Avoid DVD BoxOffice like the plague, seriously. I won't even get into my bad experience with them.

After taking legal advice, I would like to retract my comparison of DVD Box Office to Stalin. History shows that although Stalin was a brutal dictator, he did make the trains run on time, which is more than DVDBO can do with video game and DVD deliveries.

My apologies to any members of Stalin's family who may have been offended by the comparison.

DVDBoxoffice are ok if the item you want is in stock, but if you use the free shipping service then it takes a while to arrive. If you pay for the DHL service then they are quicker than vg+ but a little more expensive.

Yeah but my preorder for Untold Legends dosent seem to have arrived, almost 2 weeks since its release i think.

I emailed them but got a response back saying they couldnt read my email.... guess i beter do a plain text in duplicate for my enquiry. Though it's loking more like a cancellation at this point in time.

Yeah. Good point. I wouldn't use them even for preorders. That was more a sort of "If i HAD to use them"
