Ordering a White DS from NCSX

I'm looking into the possibility of buying a white DS today and I don't really want to use Lik-Sang or Play-asia due to the risk of import tax, i've noticed NCSX are selling the new DS colours at pretty decent prices but just have a few queries before using them...

What shipping method is the best to use? There seems to be quite a lot of different shipping methods so i'm not entirely sure which to use for importing a console. I've used global priority before with Tronix but thats only been for software and packages have taken a while to arrive using that method before. Would it be better to go for UPS?

Also, how are they for avoiding import tax? Will they mark packages down on request?

If you use a courier, you will almost certainly get taxed, no matter where you get it from.

NCSX have always marked stuff down for me. Never been taxed with them ever, probably ordered 100 or so items with them down the years.
