Late package: question about US holidays

I?m waiting for 2 games from The Rage shipped 1 Maj. With USPS Global Priority Mail for delivery in 4-10 days (not incl. weekends and holidays)

To my question have there been any major holidays after 1 of Maj in the states that could have delayed my package?

Glad they came through. I always find it particularly uplifting when I hear the heavy thud of a package of games dropping through the letterbox (hell I started my very first feature for this site on that premise ).
