This should be in Movies and DVDs.

But to answer your question, no it's not legit. The fact it's has chinese and is region free is a bit of a clue. Legal chinese DVDs (which do exist) are Region 6 or Region 3 (Hong Kong and Taiwan).

Most of the big official Chinese/HK distributers [Universe&Laser, MegaStar, Guang-Dong, Mei-Ah, Deltamac, Panorama etc] release the vast majority of their discs region free...
