If I install DMS4 pro..

Can i play games on NTSC TV perfectly without slightly squashed image with borders at the top and bottom, less smooth picture? (My ps2 is PAL)

PAL games will run in correct PAL. NTSC games will run in correct NTSC. So yeah.

Should do, and what I said above would still apply.

You can force the machine into NTSC or PAL60 anyway with the mod.
