PDO - NTSC version better than PAL?

Fancy getting this having missed out on all the Saturn versions and just wondered if the NTSC version was actually better than the PAL one or if it was worth going for the potentially cheaper PAL version?

Just get the PAL version if you can run PAL games on your XBox... it's got 60Hz support so it's no biggie.
