Steel Battalion Help

Right I got this game today, and cannot even get the thing started.


I get in the cockpit shut that, and then it says press ignition and when I do it resets to the title screen. I know this game is supposed to be a bit tricky to control, but this is ridiculous.

Has anyone else had the same problem? Or maybe the button has been assigned to a different function (like the eject button perhaps), so how do I change it back.

Please somebody help.

i think i heard that there was some trouble with playing this game with a modded xbox, is yours modded as that may be the problem, if not then sorry dunno

Sounds like your trying to run this on a modded xbox with the chip still active.

Turn off the box and disable the switch.

Also make sure your box is set to its native region.

If you have an X2 fitted flash it with the latest bios (4976.02, if you can t find it PM me) this will fix the IGR (in game reset) which is causing the problems.

Thank you all so much for the help. Turning the chip off has worked (now all I need is to be able to control the bloody thing).

I was gradually losing patience with the bloody thing as I sat through the start movie about 10 times.
