First time ordering from Lik-Sang

My apologies if this has been done to death but I've searched the forum and it confused me even more .

I'm going to order a 4 in 1 Saturn cartridge and a Saturn RGB lead (total cost ?9.36). The thing I'm confused about is which delivery service? I've read all about the likes of UPS and all the guff about import tax but as its such a cheap parcel I reckon I'll slip by undetected (but because its under a certain amount will I not get taxed anyway?). I was thinking about using Global Priority as its the cheapest at only ?4.40. What are your recommendations?

Import duty only comes into play when the total value of your order, including shipping, comes in at over ?18 (or ?36 for a gift). So you should be absolutely fine with what you have mentioned there.
