Does anyboy know where I can get hold so some replacement shells for the DC. Mainly looking for coloured shells either third party or Sega. Cheers!

eBay my friend...
they usually go for U$20-25 depends on the colour...
I got a couple of 3rd party shells off eBay last year to offload some of my DC...
for Sega ones you are looking at way more than that...
