28" or 32" Prog Scan CRT Widescreen

I'm having difficulty finding a 28" or 32" Prog Scan CRT Widescreen, I was hoping for a Tosh, but they seem to still be peddling that 100Hz crap... any ideas?

You will probably find it's switchable betwee 100hz / 50hzProgScan, but I couldn't say for sure.

Good find, but I think I am after ANY Prog scan Widescreen 28", 32" are too physically big for the environment it's need.

The Tosh Picture Frame series (32ZP38/48 ) are pretty spatially frugal, width-wise, but they are quite "deep"...

Tbh, I'd go for for the 32" over the 28" because prog scan starts to get awfully neither here nor there on smallish CRT tvs...

Prog Scan will be 60hz anyhoo, you can't turn off 100hz in standard viewing modes on the Toshibas (to the best of my knowledge) but you can get rid of nearly all the digital picture processing etc. They also have a few different viewing modes (Active, Natural, 100hz and a pseudo prog scan mode (for watching a "fake" PS picture from interlaced inputs)).

          Gutted.

I didn't realise you could get CRT TV's with progressive scan for so cheap. I bought a widescreen earlier this year and now I wish I'd saved up a bit first.

The 32" tosh is about the same size as a normal 28" TV in depth, width etc. It's just the screen is bigger.

            So you know.

I read somewhere that Samsung is releasing their new slim CRT in the next few weeks - supposedly capable of HD......I can't find anything on the net though
