Simple question, is UMK3 on saturn pal optimised or not?

If i remember correctly it isnt! As far as i know only a few late release and sega's own release Sega Rally, Fighters Megamix etc, etc.

so that'll mean that with the 50/60 Hz mod, if I run it at 60Hz, apart from obviously playing at full screen, it wont actually run "faster" then ever intended (example. run a PAL SNES MK3 at 60Hz. game is faster than the NTSC version at 60Hz).
