if a parcel goes missing they can be a nightmare only 3 parcels have ever gone missing (1 was dhl fekkers) but they ummed and aaahhhhed about replacements and eventually i got all my items in 1 box

overall a pretty good company - just aftersales needs a little work

I was wondering do you have to tell them to mark it down or do they just do it? like on ncsxshop there is like a note box you can write in when making the payment. Thanks guys
