How long does it usually take play-asia to delivery?

I ordered Kirby and Electroplankton 9 days ago, they've yet to arrive and I'm a little worried. Should I be concerned?

Normal air from HK can be anything from 5 days to two weeks in my experience.

After 2 weeks thats when i'd start worrying. Normally takes mine 2 weeks by airmail but on the upside i have never been stung for import tax via airmail so i can wait.

As stated above anything between 7 - 14 days is the norm for PA.

However if it does get lost in the post be prepared to wait at least 8 weeks until they'll send out a replacement.

I used to really like that company...it's not until something goes wrong that you get the full picture is it?

^ i fully agree, when something goes wrong they do not want to know, prepare to be called a liar without any proof.

                  ^ my topic moan

To be fair to em if they mark values down they have no comeback on insurance. Can't have it both ways.

But most respactable companys will mark values down.

If it was my first order or whatever with them then i could have understood being made to wait a while. As it is though i'd spent over ?3000 with them in the preceeding year and so if i'd have wanted to rip them off i'd have done it with something a little bit more exciting than a ?30 game.

Surely with that sort of spending level i must be considered a good customer? I know that if i was running a business like theirs then i'd trust my regular customers to return the item that was originally sent if or when it ever arrived.

                        Ah well...it's their loss. ft:

Thankfully, I've not had anything go missing or get damaged in 70+ orders with them.

Only a couple of times was the delivery time outside the normal 7-14 day window, and that was because HM Customs had been in posession of the packages for ages.

Were they not having you wait in case it turned up Yoshimoto?

Yeah they were, but like i said in the previous post you'd have thought that considering the amount of money i've spent with them they could trust me to return one should two ever arrive.
