How long does it usually take play-asia to delivery?

Its now been 16 days and they still haven't arrived.
How long do you think I should wait before contacting play-asia?

I've never had problems with play-asia. I always order games by airmail and they arrive to Belgium in about 4 - 5 days. One time I had to wait a little longer: 10 days. And it was the mailman who had dropped it in the wrong mailbox!
@ Two_Bears: If I were you I would wait another week, but then contact them.
