High Definition AV pack --> PAL Xbox

Can I use HD AV pack (ntsc) with chipped xbox(PAL) if my TV supports only RGB (no component)?

Why would you want the hi-def pack if you dont even have a component input on your TV?

In any case, you can use a hi-def pack on a chipped PAL Xbrick as long as u've changed the dashboard from PAL to NTSC. With the pack plugged in, the dashboard recognises it and you can select which HD res you want.

Napal, the High-Def pack ONLY has component outputs, so would be as useful as a chocolate teaspoon to you. Get an Advanced Scart instead.

Or even better than that, buy the HD pack and upgrade your display device to take advantage of 720p/1080i that the xbox gives you

Thanks for the replies. I kinda figured HD AV would be useless, but i had to ask since i've got a spare one lying around.
