How do I compile something?

Hi, I'm trying to use config magic for my xbox to switch it to US rather than UK. i've used the program before, but had deleted it, and now all I can find is the source code. Can anyone explain what I need to do to it to get a working version I can use? Or just tell me it's too complicated...
I'm using win XP, if that's relevant.

You need a compiler.

It's probably going to be too complicated is the short answer. Mainly because it's Windows.

I think you would need to also get the XDK to compile it as well. Be easier to just go on irc to #xbins and get a compiled copy.

Thanksfor the reply. I've got a d/l queued up on a fileshare prog but it's not really moving cause noone's really got it. I'll just keep looking.
