Saturn Stepdown converter

I have won a Jap Saturn on ebay however it does not come with a stepdown.

I have a stepdown converter for my US GC and wondered if that would work, do USA and Jap run on the same power supply.

If not can anyone reccommend where to get a Saturn (Jap) stepdown.

Reading up on this more, doesnt US run at 110 and Japan at 100, will this difference not matter?
