Help needed for paying Lik-Sang with Paypal!

I've just tried to order some stuff from Lik-Sang with paypal using my solo card but I got this message:

This payment cannot be completed because your credit card has been denied by your credit card issuer. Argghh!! What's wrong? I have enough money in my account, is the problem with them? I need to get my stuff now ft: .

I think Lik-Sang wants to verify the cardholder, usally by sending an image of you creditcard to them.

You have to ask Lik-Sang how to progress.

The card is fine as I used it on paypal earlier today to pay for some stuff from eBay. (Do you not think I would've checked that anyway )
