there is a menu to change the settings to english fortunatly for you, grab it here:

Along the top are 5 menus, go to the one that looks like a suitcase, then go to the one with a picture of a PSP with a little spanner. That's the system settings menu. Press circle, then the 2nd option down is the language setting.Comment
